This is where the Residents live.

These, surprisingly to us, are all white men who have become homeless, maybe due to alcohol or drug abuse. They are housed, fed, given work to do maintaining the site, and told that Jesus is their way to a brand new life of hope and freedom from the rubbish that has messed up their life.
